For those wishing to conceive, we have joined forces with the Centre for Reproductive Immunology and Pregnancy (CRP) Miscarriage Clinic, which has a success rate of over 80% in recurrent miscarriages. In addition to being a designated IVF satellite unit of King’s Fertility, it specialises in delivering a cutting edge scientific approach to recurrent miscarriages focussing on immunotherapy as well as male fertility.

Dr Mishkat Shehata

Mishkat is the CEO & founder of The Lifestyle Code Clinic. She is a certified Lifestyle Medicine physician and GP who holds a dual Masters degree in Public Health, a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists & a Professional Diploma in Fitness & Weight loss. She is a Regional Director for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Her NHS practice is based in East Grinstead & Surrey.

Rachel Huban

Rachel Huban (Dip NT mNTOI) is a plant-based nutritionist, specialised in fertility and pregnancy. Her aim is to support couples in optimising their fertility through a whole-food, plant-based approach before, during and after pregnancy. She makes it clear for you to know which foods to focus on and offers you a large variety of meal ideas and recipes. Rachel is also a mindset coach who helps you feel more confident and empowered on this life-changing journey.

Alejandra McCall

Alejandra McCall (BSc, MSc, RD, Dip BSLM/IBLM) is a Lifestyle Medicine-certified Registered Dietitian with over 13 years of experience and strong beliefs that everyone can lead a healthy lifestyle regardless of their circumstances. She holds a Masters degree in Public Health & Sports Nutrition.


She utilises her training in behavioural change and neurolinguistic programming to teach and empower clients to sustain healthy habits. Alejandra incorporates a culinary medicine approach that helps clients appreciate the benefits of home cooking.


Alejandra specialises in Holistic Weight Management, Whole Food Plant Based Diets (and Sustainable Nutrition) and Sports Nutrition. She also nutritionally supports Gastrointestinal Health, with a focus on FODMAP diets for specific conditions.


At the core of all of Alejandra’s coaching are her guidance, support and expertise based upon the fundamental pillars of Lifestyle Medicine.

Martine Nates

Martine is a Mindfulness teacher and Acupuncturist and has been supporting women to become and stay pregnant for over twenty years.  She is certified to teach the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program by Bangor University and teaches both groups and individuals.  She has seen for herself how this approach can empower people to relate with more wisdom and self-compassion to the difficulties they face in relation to fertility issues and pregnancy loss.  These being vital ingredients for both physical and emotional healing.

She is a member of the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA), following their Good Practice Code which includes a daily meditation practice, attending regular silent retreats and Continuing Professional Development.


She is blessed with two teenage daughters and loves sharing time with her family walking and cycling in the countryside, practicing yoga and gardening.

Hussein Shehata

Hussein is a UAE-based qualified personal trainer with expertise in education and training which serves to enhance his world-class teaching skills as a personal trainer. He leads a global multi-million education business where he strategically pivoted education and training delivery remotely.


He is passionate about exercise, getting clients interested in it and helping them see results. He focuses on making your journey enjoyable and most importantly, ensuring you feel great. He has over 30 years of personal experience with three body transformations using varying approaches. Hussein has helped many clients lose weight with excellent results.

He also offers enhanced performance conditioning that can be appreciated during sports. Hussein wants to help you build up your confidence & ability with the aim of undertaking effective and safe exercise independently.

Stephen is a Consultant Urologist who, for over 20 years, has helped men and couples understand their fertility, health and sexual function and optimise the chances of a successful pregnancy. He is currently one of the few specialists in the UK who has worked with men and couples experiencing pregnancy loss and published work on the association between sperm quality and recurrent pregnancy loss.

With the growing body of research that is rapidly evolving around the male role in miscarriage, Stephen addresses specific questions, examines and recommends conventional and more cutting edge technology. His priority is to understand the role of the male partner in pregnancy loss and collaborate and advise as to how this may impact on the female partner and their potential child as well as address any male health issues.




Hassan is CEO & founder of the Centre for Reproductive Immunology and Pregnancy (CRP Clinic)


He is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and a subspecialist in Maternal Medicine at Epsom and St. Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust

His clinical interests include the investigation and treatment of recurrent miscarriage and repeated failed IVF attempts using the latest advances in investigations and treatment modalities. Hassan continues to innovate the approach to recurrent miscarriages and assisted conception by delivering care based on the latest research


He is a widely published in prestigious international medical journals with over 100 peer reviewed publications.

Mr Haider Jan (Fertility & IVF Lead)

Haider is a consultant Gynaecologist, minimally invasive surgeon and the Clinical Director for Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals in London and Surrey. He is an expert in the Hysteroscopic and Laparoscopic approach to fertility surgery, fibroids, severe endometriosis, hysterectomy, prolapse and incontinence.  


He has won numerous awards at international conferences for scientific presentations and has over 24 publications in peer-reviewed journals. As well as surgical expertise, Mr Jan is a staunch advocate using non-surgical lifestyle interventions to both reduce illness and ameliorate symptoms for women.
